A display face only ever sets titles, yet plenty of type projects stall because they chase a complete set from the start.
The work
Only what gets used
74 glyphs: caps, lowercase, figures, and the punctuation a headline actually reaches for. Drawing a full accented set for a face that only ever sets titles would have delayed finishing it.
